Meanwhile, The Japan-Sri Lanka Investment forum aimed to strengthen the investments between the two countries was held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. Investors from both countries met the President at the event. Investors focused their attention on new investment opportunities and strengthening existing ventures. Addressing the forum, President Sirisena said, Sri Lanka is a good platform for Japanese investors and invited them to reap the benefits of it.
